Bereaved by Suicide Support Group

You are not alone ...  Some feelings you may be struggling with if you are bereaved by suicide:

Abandonment
Disorientation
Helplessness
Depression
Emptiness
Isolation
Disbelief
Despair
Stigma
Shame
Anger
Guilt

Reaching out is tough.

Following a death by suicide, many grief responses are significantly intensified. They may be so painful that we are unable to move on through the normal stages of grief, without the assistance of other survivors and trained professionals.

At Lifeline Macarthur we provide a safe place for you to be able to share your thoughts, ideas and feelings with others that  understand the enormity of your loss and who share a commonality with their experience.
